MY NOT SO COOL WEEKEND

Let me describe what happened to me on Sunday, maybe it will help me ge through this shock that am still feeling right now.  I was coming back from church and this truck was trying very hard to overtake me, just as i was going to clear off for him to pass, he forced his way through and ran me off the road. I was struggling not to loose control of the car as i swerved and climbed the shoulder of the road and then bammmmm....... i hit a parked car, and it gets worse.....a company car. It took them(staffs of the company) more than two hours to decide on how to handle the matter. First security came and won't let me leave because his boss will have to assess the damage and decide if i have committed an unpardonable sin.The boss came but i will have to wait for the traffic unit to get there because its above his jurisdiction, of course its not his call what does he know about accidents, he is not a traffic warden right? And then TRAFFIC warden wants me to wait for police......SERIOUSLY, imagine the pile of procedure i had to get through in order leave the accident scene and find a way to fix my car. And by the way the cause of the accident got away.

Ok, did i tell you that while we were waiting for more people to join the party i made some suggestions that could save us a lot of time and headach but you know.... "Company car".
So i made these suggestions before all the craziness:
Me:that my insurance take care of the damage.......Declined,
Response:wait for the boss.
Me:that i call a mechanic to assess the damage and cost it so i can pay and go home.......Declined,    Response: wait for the boss
Me:that i move the car into their compound(oh yeah a makeshift office was near by)........Declined,  Response: wait for the traffic unit

Calm down we are getting to the fun part,

The traffic unit finally arrived and i was very happy to decline to all my previous suggestions because they were the ones suggesting it to me this time around.
I even called the police on them and that my friend took half of the stress away.
yes i know because i still have this heavy bill to pay.........................................................................................................................................................
