DIY At Home Facials...........Steaming

Source: findingnew.com
Do it yourself at home facial guide to a smooth face on your wedding day, graduation ceremony, attending a party or just having a clean clear face.
A bride can help her husband-to-be be camera ready for their big day. You wont be able to produce every step of an in-salon facial, but you can easily steam, cleanse, moisturise and refresh your skin at home. follow these steps for a steaming sensation.

Steam your way to Glossy skin
water
salt
large bowl
towel
peppermint essential oil
facial mask (optional)
toner (optional)

Put the water to boil adding two tablespoon of salt. pour the boiling water into the bowl and add 2 drops of  there peppermint oil (When i don't have peppermint oil i substitute with thyme and a little balm which gives me the same tingling sensation with a different smell and clears my airways at the same time). Place your face over the steam of the hot water and cover you had with the towel to keep the steam in. Take a break of two of minutes from the steam and two minutes outside the steam to catch your breath.

Repeat this cycle a couple of times until you cant feel the effect of the steam anymore. Rinse your face and pat-dry. This procedure is similar to the machine steaming done in a spa/salon meant to open your pores. this is a good time to use a peel-off facial mask or a mud mask to get the maximum benefit.

Brides, don't be the beauty and ignore your spouse's need for a clear skin, he needs caring too for a picture perfect day.
Make your mask  from the things you already have in your kitchen.

What beauty regimen have you tried before at home to save money? Lets hear from you.
