Faux Nails.......My Take

When i see women carry faux nails it looks easy as if its another accessory that compliments a woman's outfit right....wrong! I have always liked it though and thought i should get mine fixed. I have this wedding coming up, so here is my opportunity to try it on.
I wanted the nail very low and natural looking, but the manicurist had a different agenda.

In the end it looked cheap, very bad. The over zealous manicurist told me the lenght i got is for nursing mothers! and he cannot go lower than this for whatever his reasons are.
It's not even a week yet, unfortunately the nail chipped, plus the pain i feel when i hit my fingers by mistake.
I have decided faux nails might not be for me, so i will only admire those that can fabulously carry theirs for now. 

P.S still on my search for what works, anyone have any advice?
