I have become the wiser, loosing weight any other way to me is dangerous. Skipping meals is a killer because you will pack it back whenever you start eating again.
Not like i know much about loosing weight especially when you consider what i ate yesterday at our office lunch
I know, it looks yummie right.....talk about loosing weight, but dont worry, i didnt finsh the whole plate. i only took a piece of that froma collegues plate.
I have this collegue that no matter what she eats, she still looks the same. I totally hate this kind of people because there body is very deceptive and if you follow them to eat, it will be like you ate the whole food and only rubbed the oil in there mouth.

And i ate only salad because the salad was bigger than the two plates combined. Believe me, i bet my salad has more calories as well.
I liked them, they looked healthy but seriously are they?
